    Cut through the grand plan and identify the one action that makes the idea valuable.

    Make it testable

    Build a working app, APK or web tool instead of another presentation about one.

    Make it feel right

    Tighten the clicks, layout, feedback and personality until the app becomes easy to keep using.

  4. 04

    Ship the real thing

    Package it, host it and give it a proper link so it can leave the workshop.
